Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Maintain system Customer Experience dashboard and survey
• Improve system and survey method if needed.
• Provide data analysis and report based on customer feedback
• Set up and run another new survey, with or without agency
• Collaborate cross-functions to deliver the best data solution from other data touchpoints

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from any relevant majors
• Min. 2 years experience in Data Analysis, Customer Experience, Project Management Office, and Marketing
• Ability to manage Customer Experience’s dashboard and customer survey will be a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Have a positive mindset & working attitude is a must
• Have a high level of curiosity
• Passionate in data analysis with strong attention to detail
• A fast-paced game changer with a rockin’ attitude
• A solid self-starter and agile team player
