Customer Experience Initiatives Supervisor
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Ensure, maintain, and evaluate CX initiatives to be implemented across ALVA networks
• Regularly check up, and create new CX initiatives on each ALVA Network based on customer feedback
• Monitor and gather new insights from ALVA networks regarding customer-facing issues (high priority and initial issues)
• Collaborate across functions, not limited to sales, after-sales, marketing, customer service, R&D, and other related functions
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or any relevant majors
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Project Management Office, CEO Office, etc
• Proven ability in managing multiple projects Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking
• Out going person with a positive mindset
• Demonstrate a proactive willingness to continuous learning
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• A fast-paced game changer with a rockin’ attitude
• A solid self-starter and agile team player
