Compliance & Assurance Heavy Equipment Supervisor

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Make plans for extending the legality of trucks and heavy equipment
• Check legal compliance with applicable regulations
• Conduct monthly legality reviews of trucks and heavy equipment
• Ensure that the legality warranty and trucks & heavy equipment insurance are updated in AMTISS program
• Ensure that trucks and heavy equipment operating in the field are legal and have active insurance
• Assess company policies to determine discrepancies with current insurance regulations and evaluate determine insurance compliance risks

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or similar field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role for supervisor or more experience for higher position in Heavy Equipment industry
• A lawful person with strong interest in insurance and regulatory
• Familiar with government regulation, legality, and insurance for truck and Heavy Equipment
• Familiar with AMTISS program
• Have HSE or K3 certification is an advantage
• Inherit high ethical standards
• Possesses strong research and investigation skills also detail-oriented
• Can pass a knowledge test on insurance compliance
• Ability to multitask under pressure in fast paced team environment
• Placement in Bandung, West Java
