Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Support organizational and employee development through various initiatives (Training and Development programs, Work Load Analysis, Job Description, Organizational Structure, Performance Appraisal, etc.) designed in accordance with applicable rules and policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Have minimum 5 years experiences in Manager OD / Learning or both
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills to coordinate with external and internal teams
• Able to manage a team as a good leader
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
