Management Trainee – Administration Department Head
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• As a Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will follow an extensive development program on several functions related to our branch administrative functions.
• Oversee, manage, assess, and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance, accounting, human resources, sustainability, and general affairs within our branch.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economic, Management, Business & Accounting
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
• Possess a good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
• Demonstrates confidence, self-motivation, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of service.
• Computer literacy is a must
• Organization & other leadership experience is a plus
• Willing to be placed in all Traktor Nusantara Branch
• Proficient in English, both oral and written
