Junior Architect

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop concepts according to client needs, creating Detailed Engineering Design (DED) documents.
• Produce technical drawings and interior cost estimates (RAB).
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP teams, contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in office interior design.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software.
• Experience with Enscape, Lumion and Corona (preferred).
• Creative, innovative and able to multitask.
• Honest, responsible and collaborative.
• Strong leadership skills and presentation.
• Demonstrating integrity, accountability, collaboration to achieve collective objectives.
• Willing to travel or working in Jakarta office.
• Office location: Branch Semarang.
