Key Account Supervisor (Surabaya)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Negotiation Trading Terms with Buyer/MD Account.
• Monitoring Running Rate Budget and Promo Fund(Sales Promotion Cost)
• Monitoring Claim promotion and activities support Account.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting account relationships.
• Coordination with Distributor about PO from Account, Lead Time Delivery PO, and Service Level.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Key Account Supervisor in FMCG Industry
• Having experience in Modern Trade & Account Management
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• Have good leaderships and able to manage team
