Area Sales Supervisor (Jabodetabek)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor at PT. Kartika Inti Sejati located in Bekasi Office. The Area Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for the sales team and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
• Proven working experience as Area Business Supervisor / Area Sales Supervisor
• Have experience handling distributors Jabodetabek in area for at least 3 years in FMCG industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in making sales reports & presentations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Have good leaderships and able to manage team
• Willing to do business trip
