Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Design and develop appropriate learning & development program in Business Function
• Utilizing current learning theory and industry leading content to develop training matrix and syllabus.
• Conduct TNA and organizing training schedule/timeline.
• Works with business, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders to refine learning content or materials following the business needs.
• Manage end-to-end learning program such as module development, delivery, evaluation, and report.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resources / Management.
• Min. 5 years experience in Learning & Development Area.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast moving environment
• Experience conducting, customizing and facilitating training or communication programs
• High interest for project management and relevant experience would be an asset
• Willing to travel for work
