Guest Service Agent

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Provide information about Aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests
• Anticipate and address guest’s service needs

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
• One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Experienced as tour guide will be advantage.
• Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Maintain high quality of service and timely execution.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
