Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and providing accurate information regarding products, services, or account issues.
• Problem resolution: Identifying customer issues and providing appropriate solutions. If necessary, escalating complex issues to higher-level support.
• Maintaining records: Documenting customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations and ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements :
• Min. D3/S1 in any major.
• Fluent in English (TOEFL or IELTS certificate required).
• Experience as a call center agent is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Proficient in using CRM systems or similar tools is a plus.
