Customer Service Supervisor
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Ensure the best service experience for BXSea visitors.
• Provide guidance and direction to the customer service team regarding their tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor and handle visitor complaints both online and offline, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Continuously improve customer service operations by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
Requirements :
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferably as a supervisor.
• Ability to handle complaints with a responsive and proactive approach.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and support customer service staff.
• Placement: BXSea, South Tangerang.
