• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Hospitality
• Min. 2 years of working experience as Facility Staff at Property / Real Estate / Apartment / Hospitality
• Proficient in communication, complaint handling, and relation management
• Have building services knowledge especially apartment
• Willing to be placed at Taman Anggrek Residences – West Jakarta
