Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the commercial and project-based sectors
• Conducting market research to understand customer needs and pain points
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiating and closing sales agreements that align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline information
• Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales collateral and strategies
• Providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales project / B2B
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Have wide connection with MEP / HVAC contractors, consultant, owner, etc
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of the local Bekasi market and regulations related to commercial projects
