Project Sales B2B – Medan
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and pipeline
Requirements :
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Project B2B sales role, especially HVAC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections
• Keen understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to identify and qualify leads
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with the appliances and/or HVAC industry would be an advantage
