Supply Chain Manager – Sumedang
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop production plans and allocate resources to ensure efficient production processes.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain adequate stock based on production needs, preventing overstocks and stock-outs.
• Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and components to ensure timely availability for the production process.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand market changes and customer needs.
• Process analysis to identify areas for improvement in production processes and inventory management.
• Oversee the entire supply chain, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing and sales teams.
• Oversee Warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of products, and accurate inventory data
• Lead the team, providing guidance and training to achieve PPIC goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control standards, prioritizing worker safety and product quality.
• Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission and vision of the company.
• Having Certifications, such as APICS CPIM (Certified in Inventory Planning and Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), is preferred
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar fields.
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
• Strong leadership, struggle, teamwork, problem solving, analytical thinking and decision making capabilities.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
• Experience in textile operations is preferred
