Research: The Effect of Asphalt Volume Variations on Melting High Density Plastic Waste Polyethylene Makes Liquid Fuel Using a Dolomite Catalyst in a Reactor Batch. Final Project: Pre-Design of a Factory for Making Sodium Bicarbonate from Trisodium Hydrogendicarbonate and Carbon Dioxide from the Carbon Capture Process with a Production Capacity of 60,000 Tons/Year with Special Task Bubble Column Reactor.
Experiences
- Learning the ammonia and urea production process based on the Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and conduct regular field visits to the P-IV Ammonia Operations Department units & Urea Plant . - Evaluate the performance of the Primary Reformer (101-B) in the P-IV Ammonia Plant Operations Department unit using direct calculation methods (mass & heat balance) and analyzing causes reduction in efficiency based on calculation results, data & literature analysis, as well as field observations. - Visit the Utility Plant and Central Control Room to learn directly processes at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Sea Water System, and Desalination Unit (Reverse Osmosis).
