Executive Chef – Bakery & Pastry – Tangerang
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Create innovative bakery and pastry concepts tailored to each brand’s identity.
• Analyze global trends and competitor benchmarks to inspire new product development.
• Collaborate with Brand, Operations, and Marketing to align product direction.
• Lead structured product tastings and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Oversee menu rollout schedules, vendor sourcing (if required), and QC testing.
• Prepare presentation decks and concept boards for new menu proposals.
• Monitor item performance and develop strategies to improve or refresh menus.
Requirements :
• Strong R&D background with hands-on experience in premium or global bakery kitchens.
• Creative thinker with strong culinary instincts and trend sensitivity.
• Excellent planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Open to candidates with international experience or expat chefs.
• Culinary education or certified background is preferred.
