Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage and taking responsibilities for the business performance & development of many outlets in the coverage area.
• Recap & analyze restaurant sales levels and profitability report from all outlets.
• Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
• Planning and coordinating menus.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

Requirements :

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Japanese Company or F&B company as Area Supervisor Development, or sales & marketing.
• Strong Leadership, Strong Analytical, and Initiative
• Active, Target Oriented, and Detail Oriented
• Able to work as a team Or individually
• Willing to mobile
