Brand Activation – Jakarta
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Plan, organize, and execute brand activation programs, including mall activations, roadshows, thematic campaigns, and experiential events across various regions.
• Ensure alignment between activation concepts and Taman Safari Indonesia’s brand direction and conservation values.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, digital, and operations) and external vendors to deliver end-to-end activation execution.
• Manage activation timelines, budgeting, vendor procurement, production schedules, and logistical arrangements.
• Monitor activation performance and prepare post-event evaluations and insights for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with malls, media partners, sponsors, and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and visibility.
• Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, operational standards, and safety protocols at all times.
• Contribute creative ideas for audience engagement, education, and storytelling in line with the brand’s mission of Conservation, Education, Research, and Recreation.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in brand activation, event execution, or consumer engagement.
• Experience handling activations in malls, public spaces, or tourism-related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel and work on-site during event execution across different locations.
• Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and creating meaningful brand experiences.
