SOP Supervisor – Jakarta
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Identify and map out Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in TSI Group
• Make Standard Operating Procedure (SOP for each division both in Head Office & Business Unit. This requires collaboration with respective leaders in the department and division of Head Office & Business Unit
• Updating SOP in accordance with current business practices
• Ensure SOPs are carried out and implemented.
• Responsible for analyzing, compiling, and revising SOP with effective workflow and forms.
• Responsible for communicating, socialize and implement the new SOP and policy.
• Inventories and document SOPs
• Work closely with senior management to ensure all SOPs are in sync and not conflicting.
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Economy, or Commerce
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience with key roles in developing Corporate SOPs
• Proven demonstrated ability to communicate with various levels of stakeholders in a company.
• Attention to detail, analytical, fast learning, good initiative and investigative skills.
• Have high motivation and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivation and reliability.
