Sourcing Manager – Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed Technical Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control of all ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the group.
• Evaluate tenders and provide value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Monitor project progress in relation to financial planning, identifying variances and advising on corrective actions.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports for leadership decision-making, including post-project evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate certification of contractor payments and variations.
• Maintain current knowledge of market rates, materials pricing, and industry best practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Sourcing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site or large-scale construction projects, preferably in hospitality, theme parks, or infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of project cost control, procurement strategy, contract law, and construction regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
