Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Create an effective and sustainable HR strategy that align with company goals
• Identifying issues in the company
• Create initiatives related to human resource development
• Carrying out and making plans for employer branding
• Do other things requested by superiors related to the HR division

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Management
• Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Having experience in B2B distribution/ retail/ consumer goods companies is an advantage
• Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
• Strong analytical and creative thinking
• Good in English, both written and speaking
• Willing to travel if needed
• Willing to be placed at Puri Indah, West Jakarta
