Job Description

Requirements :

• Preferrably Domicile in Batam
• Bachelor’s degree in (e.g. structural, civil, and mechanical)
• strongly preferred. (Degree in Naval Architecture a plus)
• 3-5 years Shipbuilding experience preferred (Tugboat & Barge)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, etc
• Ability to work under deadlines and schedule pressures.
• Strong Organizational skills and able to use time effectively.
• Able to effectively speak clearly and persuasively in any situations before groups of workers.
• Excellent planning skills.
• Commitment to company values, policies and procedures.
