Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service
• Maintain the team performance and process flow
• Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
• Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies

Requirements :

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Fully understands room operations
• Has previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably from a luxury hotel
• Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
• Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English (and the local language)
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others
• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Leads by example
• Has no fear of new challenge
