Senior Staff – HR Learning & Development
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs.
• Manage learning administration, including scheduling, attendance, and training records.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors for learning activities.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular reports.
• Support talent development initiatives such as competency mapping, career development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and company standards.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design and develop tailored training programmes, including both classroom-based and online/virtual learning solutions.
• Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to employees at all levels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and continuously improve them based on feedback.
• Collaborate with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by facilitating team-building activities and change management initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of learning and development.
• Assist in knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, learning, or HR development (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems, content creation tools, and other relevant technology.
• Proven track record of driving cultural change and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
