Warehouse Logistic Supervisor – Semarang

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Supervise and control daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, storage, replenishment, picking, checking, and dispatch.
• Monitor inbound and outbound transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules to outlets, branches, and agents to achieve on-time delivery.
• Maintain proper stock levels and support inventory control to minimize stock discrepancies and out-of-stock issues.
• Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
