As an HSE Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment across all project activities. You’ll lead safety inspections, enforce HSE standards, and promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to making every project site a safe place to work.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies at the project site
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects
• Certified in K3 Construction (AK3 Umum/K3 Konstruksi) and first aid (advantage)
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and reporting procedures
