As a Cost Control Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of project success—ensuring every cost, resource, and timeline stays on track. You’ll analyze budgets, monitor expenses, and work closely with project teams to deliver construction projects efficiently and profitably. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and making a real impact on project performance.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget
• Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to track expenses and progress
• Support in project budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, progress measurement, and cost management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with project management
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills
