The Project Administrator supports the construction project team by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. This role is essential in keeping project operations organized, on schedule, and compliant with company and client requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Support project team with documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and permits.

• Assist in material requests, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
• Liaise between site and office to ensure smooth communication.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration (construction industry preferred)
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good at time management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
