Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage and coordinate the catering team, including chefs, servers, and support staff
• Develop and implement catering menus, recipes, and presentation styles
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor and control catering budgets, costs, and profitability
• Liaise with clients to understand their catering requirements and exceed their expectations
• Continuously seek ways to improve catering operations and enhance the customer experience
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a catering management or senior catering role
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, with a focus on catering operations
• Excellent leadership, team management, and people skills
• Proficient in menu planning, food preparation, and cost control
• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
