Accounting Assistant Supervisor
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Create and maintain accounting journals
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Conduct bank and cash reconciliations
• Systematically archive and manage financial documents
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Input and manage data in ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, HIRS, etc.)
• Prepare tax documents (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT)
• Support the implementation of ISO 14001 & IATF in the accounting function
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and related regulations
• Brevet Tax Certification A & B or other relevant accounting training is an advantage
• Experience in accounting, finance, or auditing
• Experience as a team leader or managing a small team is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
• Proficient in preparing financial statements
• Experienced in using accounting software / ERP systems (HIRS, Accurate, SAP, etc.)
• Understanding of budgeting control and cost management is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of PSAK is preferred
