About Candidate
I’m a fresh graduate Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lampung, class of 2020. I
have a strong interest in the industrial sector, particularly in process engineering, production, process design, quality
control / quality assurance, research & development and occupational health and safety (OHS). I have experienced
in research, internships, final project and a solid understanding of relevant theories to support my competence in my
field of interest. I am recognized as an active learner and a meticulous individual with a detail-oriented. I passionate
about sustainability and continuous improvement in the manufacturing sector. Skilled in critical thinking, process
improvement, and collaboration to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in industrial system.
Education
I finished a course of : • Chemical Engineering Operations • Occupational Health and Safety • Chemical Process Modeling &Simulation • Process Control Design & Optimization Process • Chemical Engineering Operation Practices. My experience in research is focused on developing environmentally friendly fuel in the form of hybrid pellets made from coal and spent coffee grounds, utilizing UV-C irradiation to enhance product quality. Designed and implemented innovative experimental protocols, as the method represented a novel approach. • Conducted proximate analysis, combustion tests, Bomb Calorimeter tests, FTIR & SEM analysis. • Analysed Excel calculation data to determine the most optimal hybrid pellet composition. • Identified that the hybrid pellet variation consisting of 90% coal and 10% coffee grounds, irradiated with UV-C for 5 minutes, achieved the highest calorific value, and met the SNI 8951:2020 standard. My undergraduate thesis is designed a Sorbitol Plant with a capacity of 56,000 tons per year to enhance expertise in industrial process design, including process feasibility, utility requirements, and economic viability. • Engineered industrial equipment, ranging from small to large-scale devices (reactors, separators, evaporators, pumps, etc.), through precise engineering calculations. • Developed and Modification Programmed chemical reaction processes .I joined in Chemical Engineering Student Association as Expert Staff of Education Departement of English Club Division . My responsible is : • Contributed to the development of educational programs for Chemical Engineering Student. • Coordinated initiatives to enhance English language proficiency among Chemical Engineering students at UNILA through activities such as English Insight, Inviting Foreign Student Exchange, and the Chemical Engineering Speaking Session.
Experiences
•Performed site visits, collaborated with field engineers to assess equipment performance and industrial equipment control rooms. • Evaluated the performance efficiency of the recycle gas compressor by comparing design data with actual operational data in the Gas Oil Hydrotreating Unit . • Conducted engineering calculations using Excel and validated the results through a linear regression test with SPSS to assess equipment feasibility. • Evaluation results indicated that the compressor operated at 80% efficiency compared to the design specifications. This finding suggested a potential decrease in energy efficiency, which could lead to higher operational costs and reduced equipment lifespan.
