Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Identify, pursue, and secure new revenue opportunities including wholesale accounts, events, collaborations and retail expansions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and strategic partners
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase footfall and brand awareness
• Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and overall customer experience
• Monitor and analyze sales, costs and profitability, implementing improvements where necessary
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Foster a positive, collaborative and service-driven work culture
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engagement standards
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism

Requirements :

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position within hospitality, F&B, coffee or related industries
• Strong track record of securing partnerships, driving sales and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and inspire
• Deep understanding of brand-building and customer experience design in premium hospitality
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial acumen: experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and identifying new revenue streams
