Property General Manager – Denpasar
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement business strategies, budgets and operational plans aligned with company goals
• Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and market trends to ensure sustainable growth
• Oversee daily operations across all departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, etc.)
• Ensure smooth property management, facility upkeep and compliance with safety and legal standards
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and service quality
• Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management in collaboration with the sales team
• Lead, motivate and mentor department heads and staff to achieve performance goals
• Work with marketing teams to promote the property across digital and traditional channels
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, labor laws and industry standards
Requirements :
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a General Manager or in a related position
• Strong financial acumen and proven track record in budget management and revenue growth
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, sales & marketing and guest service
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
