Site Supervisor – Kerobokan, Bali

Job Description

A Construction Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
• Manage site operations including material handling, equipment usage and workforce coordination
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of construction quality
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and project guidelines
• Lead and mentor site teams, including subcontractors and laborers
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate records of site activities and document any deviations
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure timely decision-making
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Basic written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Site Supervisor or in a related position
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record of overseeing at least 3 structural building projects including steel profile and reinforced concrete structures
• In-depth understanding of above-ground and underground structural work processes
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction
• Physically fit and in good health
• Possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian – SKCK)
• Holds relevant professional certifications in the field of construction
