Job Description
A Real Estate Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Campaign and Ads Manager (Full-time, on-site)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies for Google Ads, Meta and Instagram Ads as well as ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define key campaign goals, target audiences and performance indicators
• Analyze performance metrics to adjust bids, budgets and targeting for optimal ROI and KPI achievement
• Continuously monitor campaign performance as well as identifying trends and implementing improvements
• Conduct detailed keyword and audience research to uncover growth opportunities and refine targeting.
• Utilize insights to design data-driven campaigns that effectively reach and engage target demographics
• Strategically manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize returns
• Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, audience targeting and landing pages to enhance performance consistently
• Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports as well as providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) for deeper performance evaluation
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in digital advertising
• Engage with leads through phone or chat to introduce the company, assess engagement levels and evaluate buying intent
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Campaign and Ads Manager or in a related position
• Engage with leads through phone or chat to introduce the company, assess engagement levels and evaluate buying intent
• Proven track record of managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns ideally within the real estate sector
• Experience working in Bali and knowledge of the local market would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
• Proficiency with ad management platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager)
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to details
