General Supervisor – Bira, Sulawesi Selatan

A Dive Center in Bira, Sulawesi Selatan is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Supervisor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Respond to inquiries from customers through WhatsApp and walk-ins
• Oversee the customer experience including handling check-ins and check-outs and addressing any issues or requests in between
• Manage a team of local staff, starting with 3 employees and expand to a larger team during high season
• Develop and oversee staff schedules as well as ensuring sufficient coverage
• Provide guidance, training and support to staff to maintain high service standards
• Manage reservations and bookings efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Handle payment processing and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Prepare for high and low seasons, adjusting staffing and resources as needed
• Work with the owner to develop solutions for logistical challenges such as accommodation for staff
• Assist the client in establishing and managing a restaurant

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position
• Proven experience managing restaurant operations with the ability to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house activities
• Familiarity with managing bookings and payments using online or digital systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and motivate a growing team
