Operations Manager – Pererenan

Job Description

A Clothing Shop in Pererenan, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operational Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations across retail stores, warehouse and online fulfillment
• Ensure all SOPs and company standards are consistently followed
• Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency across departments
• Manage, lead, and support retail staff, warehouse teams, and customer service personnel
• Create schedules, delegate tasks and ensure adequate staffing across operations
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and regular team evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to ensure timely restocking and delivery
• Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards
• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs (sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction, etc.)
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve operational processes

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as an Operational Manager or in a related position
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• A strong personality—confident, decisive, and professional
• Passion for fashion and customer experience
• Familiar with POS systems, basic stock systems, and operational tools
