Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all online sales channels, including OTAs, brand website and social commerce platforms
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies as well as ensuring rate parity and maximizing revenue
• Oversee the development, management and optimization of the resort’s official website, booking engine and SEO/SEM strategies
• Analyze online booking trends, prepare weekly performance reports and drive direct booking growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team on online promotional campaigns and engaging digital content
• Manage relationships with OTAs, GDS partners, wholesalers and travel agents
• Handle online reputation management including monitoring guest reviews and crafting timely responses
• Boost visibility and performance across Google Hotel Ads, meta-search engines and paid digital campaigns

Requirements :

• Proven at least 5 years of working experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or travel industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb)
• Hands-on experience with channel managers (e.g., SiteMinder, STAAH), booking engines and PMS/CRS systems
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing Google Ads, meta-search platforms and SEO tools
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and revenue tracking
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
