Receptionist
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel valued
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email or in-person
• Understand and address client requests effectively and efficiently
• Handle and manage bookings as well as ensuring accuracy and attention to details
• Coordinate schedules and update systems in real-time
• Handle multiple client requests simultaneously as well as prioritizing effectively
• Maintain and organize front-desk operations
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and report generation
• Resolve client issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Proactively anticipate client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Perform efficiently during hectic periods, managing multiple tasks seamlessly
Requirements :
• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Receptionist or in a related position
• Strong multitasking abilities able to manage up to 10 client requests simultaneously
• Proficiency in booking systems and basic administrative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
