Supervisor Finishing – Kerobokan, Bali

Job Description

A Construction Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finishing Supervisor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all finishing works including flooring, painting, cabinetry and fixtures
• Ensure finishing activities are executed according to project plans and design specifications
• Inspect finishing work to ensure adherence to quality standards and aesthetic requirements
• Address defects or inconsistencies promptly and implement corrective measures
• Supervise and guide subcontractors and laborers involved in finishing work
• Facilitate communication between design teams, project managers and on-site personnel
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials and any changes to project specifications
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of finishing activities
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during finishing operations
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections to minimize on-site risks

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Basic written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Finishing Supervisor or in a related position
• Proven track record of overseeing a minimum of 3 villa projects or similar projects from start to completion
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Strong understanding of architectural finishing processes, materials and techniques
• Familiarity with project management and quality assurance standards
• Physically fit and in good health
• Possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian – SKCK)
• Holds relevant professional certifications in finishing or related fields
