Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans to drive awareness and growth of our inputs services via retailers and micro collector partners
• Create and manage marketing materials design and production, including point-of-sale displays, brochures, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the online/offline marketing and activation teams to plan and execute impactful in-app, digital, in-store and on-ground activities to enhance brand visibility and product engagement
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and to provide necessary support for achieving sales targets
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Head of Category to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and key growth metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and report on marketing results

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency (or at least business proficiency) in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is a must.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a trade marketing role within agriculture or related industry (e.g. FMCG)
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies that have driven business growth and achieved KPIs.
• Strong understanding of agricultural input products and the dynamics of the industry is preferrable
• Experience in handling marketing for rural target market, low-income earners or micro/small businesses (MSMEs) would be preferred
• Experience in collaborating across online/offline marketing channels
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use and transform data to make decisions
