Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring & reporting related to outlet operational activities to Area Manager/Operational Manager
• Responsible for pattycash, sales reports, and outlet operational efficiency Responsible for SOP/Company regulations to run well
• Have a strong desire to increase sales on the basic of quality, service, & cleanliness
• Evaluating marketing programs implemented at outlets
• Responsible for HR administration activities at the outlet Responsible for sales target strategy and labor cost

Requirements :

• Max 35 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree of Hospitality more preferred
• Experience Min. 2 Years in the same position
• Understand the good inventory system & food safety management of goods
