Product Development Intern

Job Description

As a Product Development Intern at Mother of Pearl Beauty, you will assist and gain hands-on experience working with our product development team. This role will focus on supporting key initiatives like cost management, improving packaging quality, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure smooth product development processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in exploring and comparing manufacturers for cost and quality improvements.
• Support communication and relationship building with suppliers.
• Help coordinate packaging and product testing processes.
• Maintain documentation and assist with administrative tasks related to product develoрment.

Requirements :

• Recently completed a Pharmacy / Apothecary / STEM-related degree.
• Strong interest in beauty product & packaging develoрment.
• Basic project management and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
