Requirements :

• Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5 star hotel (minimum 2-5 years, depending on the position)
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Experienced wedding sales professional across several 4 and 5 star hotels
• Hands on operational capabilities combined with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Referable to speak more than one language
• Familiar with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast paced, service focused environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate hotel vehicles safety and responsibly
