Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• The ideal candidate will lead, work with, and develop a highly motivated and passionate team to provide exceptional guest experience and top-notch hospitality service – to continuously meet and exceed the highest possible standards. Must be operationally hands-on, business-oriented, and an excellent communicator as well as a real team player, while being able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position
• Excellent guest experience skills
• Great decision-making and problems solving skills
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Strong ability to motivate staff
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred
