Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and process of any employee data (personal details, employment status, leaves types, healthcare benefit, etc.) according to company procedures, BAST procedures by ensuring the data privacy and compliance with data retention policy.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have minimum 2 years experiences as Employee Service
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills
• Have good planning & organizing in administration task Familiar with HRIS System is an advantage
• Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
