Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimise the overall performance of our e-commerce channels
• Analyze website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on e-commerce performance and strategies
• Mentor and develop a team of e-commerce specialists to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce operations, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and data analysis software
• Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Able to work shifting
