Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and pitch menu ideas that balance tradition and modernity.
• Study performance data and food trends to inform menu strategy.
• Work with Brand, Ops, and Marketing to ensure holistic product launches.
• Conduct structured tastings, vendor sourcing, and competitor testing.
• Document and manage R&D workflow, timelines, and photo/video support for concept launches.
• Actively engage in QC testing and cross-brand consistency audits.

Requirements :

• Proven culinary experience in regional Indonesian cuisines with global exposure preferred.
• Passion for culinary innovation and cultural storytelling through food.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Skilled in food costing, sourcing, and scalable operational execution.
• Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus.
